NAVHOUSE CORPORATION ANNOUNCES NEW HIRES

Toronto, ON – Glynn Williams, President and CEO of Navhouse Corporation, is pleased to announce the addition of several senior personnel as part of the Company’s growth plans as a leader in the support of mature and legacy inertial navigation systems (INS) and components for sophisticated commercial and military customers on a global basis.

“We are delighted to welcome Doug Jenkinson, Doug Loman, Vince Di Censo and Gary Chung to the Navhouse team,” stated Williams. “We are fortunate to be able to attract these very knowledgeable individuals, who are considered to be subject matter experts (SMEs) in the area of supporting advanced avionics systems, including INS systems.

Jenkinson, Di Censo and Chung started their careers at Litton Systems (now a division of L-3 Com) and each has almost 30 years experience with the INS product line, in various capacities, from product design, production, test, repair and overhaul, engineering, logistics, customer support and sales. Loman, formerly with EMTEQ, Derco (a division of Sikorsky), and the US Navy, brings considerable expertise in avionics field installations, aircraft modifications, customer technical support, especially on military platforms, and FAA STC aircraft certifications.

Michael Butterworth, General Manager, stated that “Doug Jenkinson, as Business Development Manager, with his knowledge of Navhouse’s extensive capabilities and the needs of the market, will be able to effectively support Navhouse’s growing customer base. Vince, as Project Engineer, will contribute as Navhouse adds new capabilities on various INS platforms, while Gary, with his extensive knowledge in test equipment design and support, will round out our operations group. Doug Loman, adds a new capability to Navhouse, which now includes field support and aircraft avionics modifications.”

Inertial navigation systems (INS) are used in most commercial passenger, cargo and many military aircraft, providing highly accurate position, route tracking and destination information to the flight deck, all without any external navigational references. Often used in combination with other navigational systems, such as GPS and radio fixes when and where available, an INS provides highly dependable navigational information.
